Low salary, no growth or promotion (especially for ML data associates Alexa (ADS/AGI-DS)). No matter how much you improve your scorecard, it won't be enough for promotion. Without promotion, your highest package for L2 will be under 4.5 LPA, and it will stay the same. There will be no hike after this.
