The only thing I feel good about this job is that it's fully remote. But you'll be working in shift timings you have never heard of, and also most of the weekends will be working days. You'll get your week off on weekdays.

As an employee, you are made to stare at the screen for almost 8 hours of your 9-hour shift with unrealistic targets. You are allowed to take breaks only when they say so. Meeting the targets daily, weekly, and monthly will be the most stressful, dreadful, and depressing thing you'll ever experience.

It's a monotonous and repetitive job with no skills required whatsoever. It's literally like a digital watchman job, which makes you feel bored within the first couple of hours of your shift. (My genuine advice: please don't join this job unless you have no option.)
