Pretty nice environment
While the benefits for my position were the ones that made me leave the Company, everything else was nice, actually. They have a really healthy, inclusive environment, and I know for a fact that other positions are well compensated. Overall, I truly recommend it.
For starters, in my experience, the salary was the biggest con. It was amazing at the beginning of my journey, but they had no intent of increasing that even after 3 years of being with them, even though I was always going the extra mile.
