The salary deduction is really big in Romania; I wasn't ready for that (it's a country con, not an Amazon con).
The work is a bit repetitive (but you know that in advance), so it can be a con for those who cannot stand it. For me, it is not a problem.
Sometimes, there is a problem of communication between departments that can have a little impact on you.
Better processes, mechanisms, and training for HR people, especially regarding hiring immigrants.
