Overall, it's a good experience to start your career with, since you keep your work at the office and then go home.
On top of it, you don't have to study anything because the job doesn't demand a full of knowledge. So you can prepare for other national exams along with working.
There's no stayback. If you have to stay in the office post your shift, then you will get paid for that.
The experience you learn there is basically zero, because you deal with audio clips of users of Alexa products.
So you really can't put much on a CV as work experience, but you can learn other small things, like management skills. Make them count.
