  • Login and Logout on Time, No Extra Hours For Freelancing
  • Extra Pay For Overtime
Cons
  • Repetitive work, like a robot.
  • Some managers will not give leaves when you want.
  • New manager every 3 months, new shift including night.
  • Health problems will occur during night shifts.
  • Most associates work during night shifts only.
  • No scope of growth, even after spending 3-4 years.
  • Salary growth is 9-12% per year, very low.
  • Work from home is permanent, but it is very bad for professional growth.
  • SOPs keep changing from time to time; it will affect your performance.
  • The work is not high-level; even a 10th-pass student could do this work if given proper training.
Advice to Management

Listen to Employees, They are Not Robots, They are Human Beings.

If you overhired employees in the process, don't force them to resign on the basis of performance when you can't give them promotion on the basis of performance itself.

You can support them to change the process in the organization.

Otherwise, you literally force them to resign or else the employee gets terminated.

Very Bad Politics.
