I applied through an employee referral. Heavily focused on the Leadership Principles. Met with 5 different people, 4 of them on the team, and the 5th was a senior position but not related to the team.

It went smoothly. No surprises. The first 30 minutes were spent coding, tackling a LeetCode medium-level question about binary search trees. Then, there were 20 minutes of behavioral questions (BQs), all of which were very common LP questions.
