Pros

Decent life insurance.

They recently raised the meal voucher amount (now being 30 lei).

Flexible schedule.

Not so hard work, but high volumes and repetitive.

Cons

There are just a few managers that can be called managers in there, and those are definitely not men.

An overwhelmingly strict working area such as:

  • No personal devices policy (aka. phones, smartwatches, wireless headphones, or anything that can take pictures, record audio, or get any type of data out of the production area).
  • No paper & pen policy.
  • No DA to DA interaction (working stuff related).
  • Not even the trainers can look or explain to you things by looking into your monitor.
  • Clean desk policy (at the end of the day, you can't leave anything on your desk, or it will be sent to the reception for you in order to claim it the next day).
  • Really strict activity tracker; you cannot stop for more than 4 minutes or you'll end into an "idle" status. You'll have to switch your status to "break" even for a glass of water.
  • 85% of the DAs are remote working, so just forget the strict environment that the on-site employees are facing, because they do not follow those rules. And yes, there is no one to verify that they follow those rules, everyone being aware of this situation.
  • You can't do anything on the PCs/laptops provided, as they have custom preinstalled operating systems that are obviously restricted (sometimes even on tools and sites that you need to work on).
