Great healthcare. Simple enough work (in most cases).
Work constantly changes with minimal advanced notice.
Leadership is incredibly incompetent. They're just spinning their wheels.
They aren't there to help you; they are collecting a paycheck.
There's also no formal promotion process. The official motto is "own your own growth," which truly means you'll need to update your resume and find another job elsewhere because there are no internal opportunities available.
Stop treating your workers like they are liabilities.

Waited the whole day for my turn. When it was my turn, there were questions about my resume and about the role. The interview included behavioral questions, and the interviewer showed a picture and asked me to describe it.
