Amazon is a great place to work, and I'll select this company again and again, but only if I'm hired in a different department.
The only thing that I'm not happy with is the field of work that I'm associated with. Trust me, GO-AI is the worst department in Amazon. There is no way that you can do this job properly. There are a number of compliance metrics which are way too much to complete.
The workload is way too much, and this job is definitely going to make you blind. Please reduce the production hours.
