This job was very low stress and comfortable. It was hourly and left time for other things in life. I could work from home, and there was no high pressure or tight deadlines.
But it was very boring and repetitive, with constant discontent at linguist talent not being used as much as it could be. There was no room for growth. Finally, there was excessive micromanagement by upper management to make us track our time, even though that actually ended up making us LESS efficient and only added stress to our managers.
Trust the employees more and find better avenues for them to move up and grow!
