Pros

They pay in time. They let you work from anywhere, because they want you to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cons

The salary is below average for the amount of hours you have to put in just to keep your job. The company culture is horrible. The "leadership principals" make me want to vomit.

Advice to Management

I can't decide if the worst are the bad managers that come from outside, or the bad engineers that realize they'll never get to principal and go for the middle manager "promotion". Please chill on the diversity thing. It started with "we need more girls," and now it's like, "this is a good candidate because he/she identifies as them."
