The overall setup is great. It is well structured and is great to work with some of the great minds in the industry. It equips you with a variety of skills, rather than just being a regular network engineer.
Initially, you might have to spend some additional time to learn and get to a point where you are able to get used to the working environment.

Network Development Engineer I
After clearing the initial screening, I had a total of four interview rounds on a single day. I tried my best, but I was not able to reach their expectations.
Network Development Engineer I
Interview was good but lengthy. Mostly about routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and networking fundamentals. Get to know TCP well, network troubleshooting, and automation. All were CCIE level questions. Got the offer.
Software Engineer (Internship)
I didn't pass, but it was good. It was a LeetCode medium question. It was definitely easy to prepare for, but the interviewer wasn't very friendly or talkative. I think if they hadn't had layoffs, I probably would have gotten the interview.
