Good compensation, but a bad place to work so far
Compensation is OK compared to the market.
- Poor culture of helping mates, even to explain what is expected of them and how to actually perform day-to-day tasks.
- Unclear communication about expectations for the role.
- Awful onboarding process.
- It makes you feel like, "You are on your own, pal!" and that part of the job is to figure out how you should do your job.
- Too many internal tools, many overlapping in purpose.
- Cumbersome documentation.
Clear expectations and communicate these to your employees!
