Pros

Compensation is OK compared to the market.

Cons
  • Poor culture of helping mates, even to explain what is expected of them and how to actually perform day-to-day tasks.
  • Unclear communication about expectations for the role.
  • Awful onboarding process.
  • It makes you feel like, "You are on your own, pal!" and that part of the job is to figure out how you should do your job.
  • Too many internal tools, many overlapping in purpose.
  • Cumbersome documentation.
Advice to Management

Clear expectations and communicate these to your employees!
