- Good competitive salary
- Good learning opportunities (if you manage time)
- Work-life balance.
- Too high expectations for new hires when compared with the salary offered. That's why they struggle to hire people.
- Lots of teams are understaffed here.
Overall management is fine; it's individuals who are tough to deal with. However, having local management (based in Czech Republic) is a must, otherwise, there is a big disconnect.
