You pay for parking in the company-owned garage.
You have to work with a team across different time zones and outside the country, and you have to badge in.
Too many middle managers with no clue what is going on.
Stay away from teams and managers who have been with the company for 10+ years; they seem to be the worst managers and teams.
No documentation whatsoever. Team members don't reply when asked via DM but jump to answer on a group chat. The culture is as bad as it gets.
Expected to work 24 hours a day and drive to the office when all team members are either in agile seating or somewhere else in the country.
