Great for learning, but work-life balance sucks
Great for learning, but work-life balance sucks
- Great minds to work with.
- Great benefits and perks.
- Micromanagement up to some level.
- There's some level of competency at the managerial level.
- Verticals keep on changing to accommodate tenured manager promotions.
- Work-life balance is not their best forte. People are "expected" to be up at 2 am if they are paged.
Please stop micromanaging and start working backward from employees. You will thrive more.
