Lots of opportunity to learn and evolve professionally.
Zero work-life balance on AWS. No culture either. Management makes sure you feel 100% disposable at all times. Churn is so high that they have an imaginary high bar which they just can't maintain because mgmt is pushed to put people in development plans every quarter. What ends up happening is periodic hiring blitzes to get anyone they can to close gaps.
Base salary caps are much lower than other FANNG.
Stop pushing people on weekends and after hours.
