Technical questions about BMS and HVAC controls. Hands-on experience would be preferred for the data center controls engineer, as an individual contributor and people manager. This role sometimes requires providing technical advice on many aspects.

I had one tech phone screen and a loop, which consisted of three rounds. One round in the loop was completely behavioral; the others were technical. All rounds were conducted online. The experience was nice.

It was the third round of interviews. They asked about LeetCode questions, but they had modified them, along with some behavioral questions. For the algorithm part, they asked about greedy algorithms and some dynamic programming.
