A very great company to explore and develop new skills. There is quite a bit of freedom to work unhindered and innovate. The Amazon leadership principles are very useful and practiced in every decision and day-to-day work. The teams are small enough to make quick decisions and maintain high velocity. Work-life harmony is reasonable; it is up to the individual to manage their time and workload responsibly. Senior management is outstanding.
It can be difficult to gain a deep understanding of company processes and mechanisms at first. However, they are valuable and need to be learned as quickly as possible.
Provide as much accessibility to yourself for your employees as you are able.
Maintain the day 1 spirit and innovation culture.
