Amazon, to me, is a leader. The leadership principles are very well-formed and act as the DNA of the company. As builders, people are ultra-focused on customer needs, new ideas, and delivering continuously.
Not a pay master; perks are not great. The most monetary gain comes from the growth in stock value. So be ready to accept lowered total compensation from the previous year. :)
