- Generally very smart coworkers.
- Strong engineering and operations culture.
Experience is heavily dependent upon your organization's management; bad managers appear to have a lot of leeway to ruin your life.
Recent changes to management and policies (especially, but not limited to, return to office/return to hub) have significantly reduced trust in higher leadership and overall staff satisfaction.
The "brutal performance culture" is not a joke and can feel arbitrary at times, which to some degree is accurate.
