Nice workplace, excellent communication, and no work pressure with all comfort available. It makes no discrimination between senior and junior. It has its own timings and allows us to celebrate each and every festival with proper joy and peace of mind. Moreover, it's a good company to continue for career growth and self-development.
The manager has an attitude that creates hate within the team, and no proper training is given to juniors. There are no cons, as far as I'm concerned.
