A structured internship with a lot of exposure
- The Learning & Development Department is there to constantly provide help and is invested in helping you grow.
- Modules with trainings are set up for you to complete.
- A mentor guides you throughout with any problems that one may encounter.
- Manager and peers have a great attitude, sharing their knowledge with excitement.
- You set your schedule to set yourself up for success.
- A project is allotted for the internship to solve real-life problems of the industry.
For real, I cannot think of any. I do not know where people get the nerve to say anything negative about Amazon's work culture. The company is heavily invested in its employees.

Applied, waited a while, got OA, two-question LC med, final round behavioral + LC easy. Waitlisted then got off the waitlist. Pretty chill process, maybe somewhat RNG with interviewer. Chill process overall.
Software Engineer
It was easy and to the point. The interviewer was sweet and allowed me enough time to think about how to approach solving the problems. The coding question asked was for an inventory and managing it. It was an easy solve with the right data structure
