Salary is high even for entry-level.
No work-life balance. The culture is horrible, with no direction from upper management. There's a constant fear of being "pipped," too many layers, and no insights into any part of the project.
Benefits are not great. PTOs are low, and there's no swag. The only thing you get for free is one coffee each day. You need to badge to get the free coffee.
