Pros
  • Cool office
  • Pantry
  • Perks
Cons
  • One of the deadliest work cultures in IT.
  • Extreme poor work-life balance.
  • If you happen to get stuck with a bad manager, your life is screwed (highly team-specific).
  • They encourage backbiting among colleagues.
  • Be aware of compensation and don't jump in suddenly. Sign-in bonuses have to be paid back if you leave before 2 years.
  • You need to handle multiple projects at one time, no matter what the condition is.
  • Managers will always point out your faults (extreme fault-finding nature) and make a huge fuss over small things, which will demotivate you.
  • No training for new joiners (internal product). You are supposed to do everything yourself, no matter how you do it.
  • You will feel lost.
  • Some people think, "I will do the work." It's not about work; they don't let you breathe.
  • Few people here enjoy who are closer to managers.
  • Overall, if you want to throw your life away for money and become a slave, it's up to you.
  • No recreational activities on any festivals or occasions.
  • Little knowledge sharing among team members.
  • The average tenure people stay is very less.
  • You have to show off your work with tiny things possible. Take credits openly and cheat. People generally here show off previous companies they worked for.
  • Advice: Better stay away. If you are experienced and need some life, otherwise you will have some money but no time to enjoy.
