- Day by day, they are reducing salaries, hiring more, and providing less salary.
- Same-level employees, SDE vs. QAE, have a salary difference of 12 lakhs.
- Discrimination is at the highest level based on job role.
- You have to work more than 8 hours, which will definitely impact your work-life balance.
Management should change the policy.
