Employee referral is pathetic; none of the referrals are called for the interview. Improvement is needed. The night shift allowance is very low; other companies provide up to Rs. 400/- per night.
Improvisation is required regarding the cons mentioned.

The first round was an Online Test. It was comparatively easy, consisting of aptitude and reasoning questions. The second round was a Technical Interview of intermediate level. The third round was an HR Interview and was easy.
