Don't recommend working in Customer Service
Meeting nice people, good site amenities, and fair career advancement opportunities. A majority of good managers and colleagues.
A minority of people will try to step over you or even set you up for criminal charges when you have absolutely not done an ounce of something wrong.
Get actual competent people at HR & Legal departments who can actually do their job right and find the truth so victims can find justice and solace, not get more injustice done by them. This is a fair review of my experience in the last 2 years and a half, specifically in my last 2 months.
