Good company, but not for employees
Everything in the company will be organized, which includes admin, transport, food, leave policy, cabs, and WFH at times.
Everything else is done unplanned. There is no job security. You don't even know what plan your manager has for you until he tells you in a review. They can change the review like anything unexpected.
There is no growth for seniors or sincere people, and the management politics are the worst. Favoritism will play a role in your career.
HR will collude with your managers, and you can't believe them as well.
Please treat your employees with dignity and honesty and give your promotions based on performance. Don't let your politics hide your good fame.
