Nothing to say, worst experience.

Very bad management and a toxic environment at work. Employees are treated based on gender bias, caste, and state-wise politics. Promotions are never given based on skills and experience. Instead, nepotism and politics are used as the basis for promotion. No raises were given to eligible employees, but raises were given based on caste and state-wise politics. Discrimination at its peak can be seen in the management at this organization. Their equal opportunity, diversity, inclusion, and equality pledges are a joke. Even the HR department supports these injustices towards certain employees. They also play along with management. I am never going to work here anymore.

Learn to respect and reward an employee based on their skill and the hard work they put into their work, rather than their ration card, Aadhar card, or skin color.
