Great infrastructure of the office and some really good people to work with.
Training for new things is always encouraged, and you never go unheard if you have any ideas.
Promotions are really hard to get and have to go through a tiring process. It doesn't matter if you just have the knowledge of the process or the tools; you need to have a good rapport with management too.
The promotion process should be made more transparent so that people working hard for it, in hopes of getting something out of their hard work, are often left empty-handed. Meanwhile, the person who just had good connections with the management gets promoted.
