Terrible. Don't let the salary entice you; it is not worth it
Mostly great colleagues, interesting projects.
Zero work-life balance. Management pits people and teams against each other to force them to compete for scraps of success. Backstabbing, counterproductive work environment. Shocking amount of bureaucracy and chaos. Did I mention no work-life balance?
Don’t hire smart people and then burn through them like kindling.
Don’t assume that the Amazon way is the only way.
Listen more than you talk.
Respect the women on your teams, instead of protecting mediocre men.
