I loved my schedule, which consisted of 4 working days and 3 days off. I loved my job!
They constantly move the team leaders around. At that time, the team lead in charge of the problem solvers showed favoritism and did not let others who had potential as well grow.

The first round was easier compared to the other rounds in the interview process. Basics of testing were asked, like what is black box testing and what is white box testing.

This was an on-campus interview. We had a total of 3 rounds: 2 technical interviews and 1 HR interview. My interviewer was very good and friendly. He asked very easy questions related to testing and two array-based questions (1 easy and 1 medium).
