It gives you the freedom to wear anything and work in the way you wish.
Growth, scope, and hikes are very, very low when you work for Amazon.
Some of my peers got zero annual hikes as well.
The only advice I can give is that once you appreciate someone for their work, they work with more focus. So consider the annual hike scheme.
