Salary was bumped for corporate in 2022 to be more competitive. I believe it was around 15% for most people.
Your sanity depends entirely on your specific team. If you have a great team, you're lucky. There are a lot of horror stories, but I was lucky to be on a really great team.
Stop bludgeoning everyone with the leadership principles. They're just concepts, so stop treating them as some sort of requirement that needs to be met for any action or decision to occur. It's annoying having to put a spin on everything to match one or more of the principles in order to make something happen or get recognition for work. Even in Forte reviews, you have to grade your colleagues against them.
