I don't see any reason.
Never ending list, and very few of them are:
- Not a pay master.
- No innovation.
- No growth.
- No promotion.
- No salary hike in appraisals.
- Overload of work.
- Consistently suppressed by seniors.
- No perks.
- Unclear objectives.
- High office politics – definitely destroys your career.
This is to L7 and above. Dear leadership, L6 managers are fooling you. Try to audit every task of L6 and below.
