Decent pay, scale of learning, flexible work hours.
Noisiest place I have ever worked in! This might be a reason why I might switch companies in the future. There is no control over the amount of noise. It is like you are trying to code in a call center.
For the amount of work and stress this has, it is like, "Here is a challenge, now work in this noise and deliver." Especially the Seattle office is full of dogs barking, people playing and yelling in the breakrooms, and people meeting in open areas, yelling!
You should do something to control the noise levels in common areas, cafes inside the building, and the dogs; it is a workplace after all!
For how crowded the seating is, dogs barking/whimpering is so uncomfortable. Maybe as part of connections questions, you should include some noise-related questions.
