The interview process was great. The recruiter provided a ton of information in preparation for the interview, as well as some coaching for interview expectations. Having been on the job for a few months now, I feel included and have a clear and easy set of goals for future growth and opportunities within Amazon.
Some decision-making from management can be a bit unclear, making things more chaotic and stressful. Issues brought up earlier have been set aside until there is very little time.
Perhaps address issues or make tasks to track these issues brought up, so work doesn't have to be so last minute.
