Company does not treat QAEs and SDEs equally. Lot of times, QAEs are considered non-tech folks.
Vertical growth is limited beyond the QAE-II position.
Hardworking QAEs feel discouraged when you call them non-tech. I personally wanted to get out of the role because of this attitude.
