One of the top tech companies, hence there are multiple orgs developing varieties of products and tech stacks which we can learn and work on. The office ambiance and work environment is good, with multiple amenities.
There's decent flexibility with no unnecessary rules.
Not all managements are better. Only 2/5 managers are great; the rest all don't care about employees' career wellbeing, their development, etc. They are only seen as one of the resources to complete tasks, and sometimes there's no work-life balance either. Promotions are never on time. Under L4 Tech roles, there are always single-digit hikes, and the base pay is low as well. And for non-tech roles, the overall pay is so poor.
