The company culture of work and professionalism is great. They make you take leaves, and the managers are really good and take care of their reportees.
The promotion cycle is too bad, and the pay here for certain roles is half of the industry standards. The promotional roles are predetermined by management for who is to be promoted, and then a suitable role is floated.
