Benefits are good, people are fine.
It was not conducive to growth. I could not move into the department I should have been in the first place: the Electronics department. I hold a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. And they interviewed people who had just started school but would not interview me for anything. I have 17 years of experience. I felt like I was not wanted. For what reason, and where did they want me for? And being called stupid on the floor in front of everyone didn't help either.
Place people where they can do their best, not just where the company needs someone. You took my talents and didn't use them. You didn't leave me with a good impression of the management of this company.
The interview process assesses candidate proficiency in algorithmic problem-solving and scalable System Design. Expect LeetCode-style questions covering fundamental algorithms and data structures, including: * Graph traversal like DFS and BFS *
The process was straightforward, consisting of four steps: * One HR round * One technical challenge * One technical call * A panel for the final stage. I didn't have a change to prepare for the panel discussion, but it was an interesting HR
It was a nice interview, complicated but doable. I didn't get an offer in the end for taking too long.
