Great Managers, Temp Contracts
Good company to work with, great managers in my department, reasonable targets, no pressure. Work four 10-hour shifts, but can swap one day each week if you want to. Just have to swap the shift on the computer.
5 hours of holiday are given each month to do as you please. You can use 1 hour, for example, to go home earlier, even 5 minutes before the time you need.
Don't give you permanent contracts if you are shop floor. Stopped years ago. All temps, 3-month rolling contracts up till no more than 21 months.
By giving people like me a chance for permanent roll on the shop floor, people leave who were permanent and are not replaced.
