Good Work, Low Pay
It is actually a nice place to work.
We have a hybrid model: Monday and Tuesday in the office, while Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are WFH.
The office and the workstation are perfect. Everyone is supportive.
Layoffs are going on, so there is unhealthy competition. The salary is comparatively very low, especially for Bangalore. You can say that there is too much work, but you have to work smart.
