Pros

The culture is good, the employee benefits are good, and the policies are good. You cannot be mistreated, even by your manager.

Cons

No free food, and the salary they pay for non-tech roles is very low as compared to the work they expect them to do. Non-tech roles are mainly L2 or L3, and switching to tech roles (mostly L4) is very difficult. Promotions also do not happen unless there is a vacancy, even if you have cleared all required criteria.

Advice to Management

Treat employees like humans. For most non-tech roles, people are forced to work 8 hours on a system. As managers, you get to move around, but auditors are fixated on one screen for the entire day. Please try being lenient.
