I adore Amazon's workplace culture. It's as if you would regularly want to go to the office. I rarely sit in my allocated seat/desk because there are no restrictions to sitting and working at a spot. I am always found on the sofa. Leaves are granted with no trouble, and salaries are paid on the second-to-last day of the month. Never be late. Managers are freely available, and there is no such thing as a sir/boss.
For the past year, the leadership has gotten even more poisonous. Because of my job, I am extremely stressed and depressed. Following the layoffs, they revised their production criteria and made them so stringent that you are always anxious and pressed.
