Good for steady pay and health insurance, but not for raises or advancement
Good health insurance. Limited but useful PTO and vacation time.
Overworked employees with no added benefit or pay for additional efforts.
Advancement is very difficult, if not impossible, without a degree.
The company needs a pay scale. Other buildings have variable pay based on certifications, whereas in the Syracuse location, everyone under an L3 position is paid the same, no matter how many certifications or trainings they complete.
