This company offers a plethora of projects of all sizes and uses many different technologies. Open source is widely adopted, so your experience from another company can help you hit the ground running.
Compensation is downright bizarre – expect to be paid more during the early years and less later. The company has a high churn rate, which is probably due to income not going up even for very high performers.
At the same time, do not believe you can slack around; the pressure to deliver is high.
