No shortage of work.
Fast-paced.
Very stressful.
Joined as a new grad and was pretty much expected to solo a whole migration project, which I somehow managed.
Seattle is somewhat gloomy most of the year.
Don't be afraid to spend more to make workers' experiences less grueling.
